Hi, My name is JP. I live in the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania with my Dad, Mom, and my sister, Jesi. We home school. I am in third grade. This fall we started our school year in The Allegheny National Forest. We had to boat in to our site. It took 2 trips to get all our gear and school books to the site! You can see the Kinzua Dam behind me in this picture. |
Here I am with my Dad at our campsite. Dad and I like to go fishing. Sometimes Jesi comes with us. We caught alot of fish. I caught the biggest, a 17 inch small mouth bass. We also caught walleye, perch and rock bass. We go out early in the morning, before the sun comes up. Then we go out again in the evening and fish till after dark. We like to troll and cast lures. |
I am crazy about weather. I am the official rain gauge keeper for my township. I report the amounts of rainfall to NOAA so they can keep track of flooding and weather patterns. I want to be a meteorologist when I grow up. |
